About the Role
~1 min readWe're looking for a dynamic, business-minded Regional Product & Marketing Manager to drive growth in Taiwan.
This is a high-impact, hands-on role where you'll lead regional marketing strategy, product education, and field engagement-while partnering closely with global teams. You'll play a key role in driving enrollment, retention, and market expansion, while acting as a trusted expert for both our products and our brand.

Responsibilities
~2 min read- →Lead regional product and marketing strategy aligned with global business objectives to drive revenue growth, enrollment, and long-term market expansion.
- →Own regional performance end to end, independently managing business, marketing, and product education initiatives with strong accountability and execution excellence.
- →Serve as the regional product authority, delivering clear, compelling, and compliant training on ASEA's beauty and nutritional products, including science fundamentals, key benefits, and proper usage.
- →Translate complex product and scientific information into effective messaging and coach brand partners on product positioning, storytelling, customer engagement, and organizational growth.
- →Collaborate cross functionally with marketing, sales, and compliance teams to develop, localize, and deploy marketing materials, sales tools, training content, and campaigns, ensuring brand consistency and regulatory compliance.
- →Lead regional marketing initiatives and projects, including product launches and promotional campaigns, while tracking performance and continuously improving impact.
- →Oversee regional communication and education efforts, including meetings, presentations, digital communications, social media, and newsletters, to enhance brand partner education and enrollment.
- →Represent ASEA across the region, traveling as needed to support field activities, conduct training, and participate in corporate and distributor events as a trusted product and brand ambassador.
- →Lead regional product management, quality control (QC), and regulatory compliance, acting as the primary liaison with the Ministry of Health and Welfare (MOHW), customs authorities, and other relevant regulatory bodies.
- →Other duties as assigned.
- 3-5 years of experience in marketing or product roles within Direct Sales / MLM / Network Marketing
- Strong business mindset with the ability to own and drive results
- Experience delivering training, presentations, and product education
- Passion for health, wellness, and science-based products
- Solid understanding of product positioning and customer engagement
- Strong collaboration skills across local and global teams
- Ability to work independently, make decisions, and move quickly
Requirements
~1 min read- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- Fluent in Mandarin and English (written and spoken)
- Strong presentation + communication skills (comfortable with large audiences)
- Advanced PowerPoint and storytelling skills
- Experience in wellness, nutrition, or product-based industries is a strong plus
- Own and shape the growth of the Taiwan market
- Work closely with international teams and leadership
