Please submit your application before January 3rd, 2026.

The portion of your work is going to be allocated about 60% for the Ashoka Global Team, and 40% for the Ashoka Indonesia Team. The responsibilities are as follow:

Preparing partnership reports on a quarterly, semi-annual, and annual basis.
Supporting monthly finance review preparations and monthly budget vs. actual reviews.
Supporting budget planning, financial reporting, and other global finance requirements.
Conducting monthly reconciliations with local offices.
Managing vendor payments and reimbursements.
Following up on any intercompany transactions and reclassifications.
Preparing job requisitions and MOUs related to partnership.
Engage in team of teams works in local, regional, and global level.

Having founded or co-founded an initiative or organization; has ground experience in building a community or organization

Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

Highly organized and detail-oriented.

Accounting experience and practical skill (1-3+ years).

Time management and multitasking skills.

Able to work on own initiative, proactively and independently, and under minimal supervision.

Strong team member.

Communication skills with different audiences.

Proficient in Excel and Word.

IT-savvy is a must.

Familiar with Salesforce, NetSuite, and others.

Entrepreneurial Quality: Compelled to take creative initiative and ownership (e.g. founding an organization or company, starting a movement, or re-shaping the work of an existing organization). Demonstrates relentless and realistic how-to-thinking and passion for seeing their ideas come to life.
