• HS Diploma or Equivalent
• Must successfully complete all Atria specified training programs.
• Able to operates cleaning equipment such as: iron, washer & dryer, brooms, mops, vacuums, etc.
• Able to work various schedules and shifts as needed.
• Must be fully vaccinated and provide vaccination record card at time of hire.

The Housekeeper is responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment for residents and staff by performing cleaning duties assigned to apartments, interior and exterior common areas and amenities

 

• →Clean public/common areas and resident’s apartments.
• →Distribute laundered articles and linens.
• →Change beds.
• →Clean public restrooms and replenish supplies as needed.
• →Sweep, scrub, wax, and polish floors.
• →Clean rugs, carpets, upholstered furniture, and draperies.
• →Dust furniture and equipment.
• →Wash walls, woodwork, windows, door panels, and sills.
• →Wash, dry and iron resident laundry and community linens.
• →Fold and/or hang laundry appropriately.
• →Distribute laundered articles and linens.
• →Maintain and clean resident laundry areas .
• →Wash windows at reasonable heights through out the community as requested.
• →Keep utility and storage rooms in clean and orderly condition.
• →Disinfect and sterilize equipment and supplies.
• →Stock cleaning cart with supplies.
• →Empty wastebaskets, and transport trash to disposal area.
• →Ensure with maintenance that trash and dumpster areas are clean.
• →Perform minor maintenance tasks as needed.
• →Report resident issues or changes in health or living status promptly.
• →Report potentially unsafe conditions or maintenance related issues promptly to Supervisor.
• →May perform other duties as needed and/or assigned.

The wage range for this position is $22.00/hr - $26.40/hr, dependent on prior work history and experience
