As a Digital Transformation Business Partner, you will help shape ASM's future by connecting business strategy with digital innovation. Partnering closely with senior business leaders, you will drive the digital agenda for your assigned business domain, identifying opportunities to improve performance, accelerate transformation, and create measurable business value.
This role goes beyond delivering technology solutions. You will influence strategic priorities, guide investment decisions, champion AI and digital transformation opportunities, and ensure initiatives deliver meaningful outcomes for the business. As a trusted advisor, you will play a critical role in helping ASM realize the full value of its digital investments while supporting our continued growth and innovation.
Responsibilities

- → Build trusted partnerships with business leaders, data & process owners, and key stakeholders across assigned domain.
- →Co-create with Business and maintain a digital roadmap that aligns business priorities with ASM's enterprise strategy and transformation objectives.
- →Translate business strategies, challenges, and opportunities into a prioritized portfolio of digital initiatives.
- →Evaluate, challenge, and shape incoming business demand to ensure investments are aligned to strategic goals and measurable outcomes.
- →Act as the primary interface between business stakeholders and Digital Transformation teams.
- Work with Business stakeholders to define baseline metrics, target outcomes, success measures, and accountable business owners for key initiatives.
- Monitor progress from opportunity identification through validated business impact.
- Partner with business stakeholders to measure, communicate, and improve realized business value.
- Identify risks to expected outcomes and recommend corrective actions when business value is at risk.
- Partner assigned business domain in digital transformation programs.
- Work with Business stakeholders to enable decision-making on business process changes, prioritization, and transformation trade-offs.
- Coordinate business readiness activities, including stakeholder engagement, training alignment, data ownership, and adoption planning.
- Identify and help prioritize adjacent opportunities and capabilities that extend the value of transformation investments.
- Lead discovery activities and proof-of-concept evaluations to assess value, scalability, and feasibility.
- Collaborate with technical teams and business stakeholders to evaluate data readiness, compliance considerations, and implementation approaches.
- Promote a culture of innovation focused on delivering tangible business outcomes.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of business partnering frameworks, governance processes, and portfolio management practices.
- Develop executive-level business cases, portfolio reviews, steering committee presentations, and strategic updates.
- Facilitate workshops and alignment sessions that drive informed decision-making.
- Help business stakeholders strengthen their understanding of digital capabilities and emerging technologies.
Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
- 8+ years of experience in business-facing technology, digital transformation, business relationship management, consulting, or related roles.
- Demonstrated experience building business cases and driving benefits realization beyond solution deployment.
- Proven ability to partner with senior business stakeholders and influence strategic decisions.
- Experience working within complex, matrixed organizations and governance structures.
- Strong portfolio, demand management, or transformation program experience.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
- Ability to translate complex business challenges into actionable digital and technology initiatives.
- Experience driving business outcomes through collaboration across multiple functions and geographies.
- Experience supporting large-scale enterprise transformation, or digital transformation programs.
- Experience within semiconductor, high-tech manufacturing, engineering, or similar technology-driven industries.
- Knowledge of benefits management and value realization methodologies.
- Familiarity with enterprise architecture, portfolio management, business process transformation, and change management practices.
- Experience identifying, evaluating, and scaling AI, automation, advanced analytics, or other emerging digital capabilities.
- Passion for innovation and a track record of helping organizations achieve measurable business outcomes through technology.
