Senior Associate, Material Handling

• →Track and report material status for lab development projects and customer evaluation units
• →Partner with demand planning and supply chain to manage lead times and priorities
• →Expedite parts Through buyers to meet project timelines
• →Stage and prepare hardware with receiving and inventory teams for lab installations
• →Coordinate with project managers, engineering, and product support on development timelines
• →Provide regular updates on delivery timelines and material readiness
• →Submit purchase requisitions and ensure timely conversion to purchase orders
• →Track long lead-time items and escalate risks impacting delivery schedules

• High school diploma or associate degree
• Experience in supply chain, materials management, or a lab/manufacturing environment
• Familiarity with SAP, purchasing processes, or bill of materials (BOMs) preferred
• Ability to read engineering drawings or specifications is a plus
• Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail
• Proficiency in Excel for data tracking and reporting
