Senior Specialist II, Talent Acquisition

• →Hold a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• →Have at least a 8 years of experience in Talent Acquisition either in-house or agency, with a strong focus on technical recruitment, ideally in the semiconductor industry
• →Are passionate about direct sourcing and comfortable engaging passive talent in competitive markets.
• →Possess strong communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
• →Demonstrate curiosity and a genuine interest in technology, engineering, and innovation.
• →Can manage multiple requisitions and priorities simultaneously in a dynamic environment.
• →Are detail-oriented and comfortable working with recruiting systems, data, and analytics.
• →Bring a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset and are always looking for creative ways to identify and attract talent.
• →Are comfortable working in a global, highly collaborative environment.
• →Are willing to travel during campus recruiting seasons across the country (estimated 5-6 trips per year)
• →Are comfortable working from the office four days per week.
