Senior Supervisor, Production

  Lead daily production operations to ensure manufacturing plans are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule
• →
  Allocate and manage workforce resources, monitor production progress, and resolve operational issues to minimize disruptions
• →
  Provide regular updates on production performance, challenges, and shift status to manufacturing leadership
• →
  Lead, coach, and develop technicians and operators to achieve productivity, quality, and safety objectives
• →
  Manage hiring, performance reviews, workforce planning, and employee development activities for the production team
• →
  Drive Lean, Kaizen, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, quality, and productivity
• →
  Ensure compliance with ASM quality standards, manufacturing procedures, and EHS requirements
• →
  Maintain a safe, clean, and organized workplace while promoting a strong safety culture
• →
  Collaborate closely with Engineering, Planning, Supply Chain, Quality, and other production teams to support business goals
• →
  Develop, improve, and standardize manufacturing processes, systems, and procedures to support operational excellence

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a manufacturing, capital equipment, aviation, semiconductor, or other technical production environment
• Minimum 3 years of supervisory or people leadership experience managing technicians, operators, or manufacturing personnel
• Hands-on experience in equipment manufacturing, assembly, troubleshooting, or related technical operations
• Strong communication, organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated ability to manage production priorities and effectively allocate resources to meet business objectives
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while maintaining high standards of quality and safety

• Experience in semiconductor equipment manufacturing or other high-tech manufacturing industries
• Proven experience leading Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement projects
• Experience with production planning, workforce scheduling, and capacity management
• Familiarity with ERP, MES, SAP, or other manufacturing systems
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze operational data and drive improvements
• Proven track record of building, developing, and motivating high-performing production teams
• Experience working in a global and multicultural manufacturing environment
