The Specialist I/II, Operations Intelligence, Decision Intelligence supports analytical modeling, KPI reporting, and data exploration to improve operational insights and decision-making. The role contributes to the translation of business data into actionable intelligence for operations and supply chain teams. Your work will directly contribute to smarter, data-driven decisions that optimize efficiency, quality, and scalability in a high-tech semiconductor environment.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Analyze large operational and supply chain datasets to identify patterns, anomalies, and optimization opportunities
- →Develop and maintain dashboards and analytical reports to support KPI tracking and decision-making
- →Build and support statistical and predictive models, including feature engineering and validation
- →Perform data preprocessing, cleansing, and transformation to ensure data reliability and usability
- →Define and standardize metrics, ensuring consistency and business relevance
- →Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business challenges into analytical problems and solutions
- →Communicate insights clearly through data storytelling, visualizations, and structured analysis
- →Support continuous improvement of data workflows, tools, and methodologies
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Engineering, Mathematics, Economics, or related field
- Minimum 1 year or relevant internship experience in data science, analytics, or business intelligence roles
- Strong SQL skills and hands-on experience with Python or R for data analysis
- Solid foundation in statistics including hypothesis testing and regression
- Experience with data visualization and dashboarding tools
- Ability to structure and analyze complex datasets to generate insights
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detailEffective communication and collaboration skills
- Experience with statistical modeling, machine learning, or predictive analytics
- Familiarity with operations or supply chain data
- Experience working with large-scale or messy datasets
- Knowledge of data pipelines or workflow tools
- Experience with tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms
- Curiosity-driven mindset with a proactive approach to learning and problem-solving
