Catering Runner

SAVOR / Legends Global, the leader in privately managed public assembly facilities, is seeking a motivated and service-driven Catering Suite Runner / Expo to join the Food & Beverage team at accesso ShoWare Center in Kent, Washington. This part-time, event-based role is responsible for the timely and accurate delivery of food and beverage items to premium suites and catering locations, while providing exceptional guest service in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.

This position plays a key role in enhancing the guest experience by ensuring quality, presentation, and service standards are consistently met.

• →Ensure food prepared by the kitchen matches the food ordered on the suite receipt and catering contracts.
• →Assist Suite Attendants and Caterers as needed with maintaining the cleanliness and delivery of food for all suite/catering locations.

·         Responsible for the completion of opening and closing duties assigned by the Suites and Catering Manager or Supervisor.

·         Adhere to company and state guidelines when pouring drinks.

·         Must be available to work nights, weekends and holidays.

·         Deliver a positive, polished, and professional guest experience at all times.

·         Communicate clearly, courteously, and effectively with guests and team members

·         Anticipate guest needs and take initiative to resolve issues quickly

·         Demonstrate a team-first mindset in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

·         Uphold the organization’s commitment to hospitality, quality, and excellence

·         Current and valid Food Handler’s Permit and Mixology Permit required

·         Ability to stand, walk, and climb stairs for the duration of scheduled shifts

·         Ability to lift and carry up to 35 lbs. on a regular basis

·         Strong communication and interpersonal skills

·         Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment

·         Must be at least 18 years of age

·         Must be flexible and willing to cross-train in multiple service roles

·         Must successfully pass a background and credit check
