About the Role

The G1C Club Manager oversees premium food and beverage operations and delivers exceptional hospitality experiences across the premium clubs at Golden 1 Center. Reporting to the Premium Director and working closely with the Catering Manager, this role leads event-day staff, ensures outstanding guest service, and maintains the highest standards for food safety, quality, and operations.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on, service-focused leader with strong food and beverage expertise, excellent organizational and leadership skills, and a passion for creating memorable guest experiences. This position plays a key role in the successful execution of premium and catered events while ensuring a seamless experience for every guest.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Supervise premium club spaces and other assigned food and beverage locations during events.
- →Lead and direct premium services team members to ensure efficient operations and outstanding guest service.
- →Coordinate event setup, execution, and breakdown for premium and catered functions.
- →Monitor food quality, presentation, portion control, and service standards.
- →Ensure compliance with all food safety, sanitation, alcohol service, and company policies.
- →Assist with staffing assignments, training, coaching, and development of team members.
- →Support inventory management, product distribution, and event preparation activities.
- →Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally while maintaining a positive guest experience.
- →Operate and oversee point-of-sale systems while ensuring proper cash-handling procedures are followed.
- →Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety standards throughout all work areas.
- →Collaborate with culinary, warehouse, operations, and event management teams to ensure successful event execution.
- →Complete operational reports, documentation, and other administrative responsibilities as assigned.
- →Perform other duties as assigned by Premium Director and General Manager.
Requirements

- Excellent organizational, planning, and multitasking skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Working knowledge of food and beverage operations, including alcohol service requirements.
- Ability to train, coach, motivate, and supervise team members effectively.
- Strong leadership and delegation skills.
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with guests, colleagues, and leadership.
- Proficiency in point-of-sale systems, cash handling, and operational procedures.
- Commitment to maintaining sanitation, hygiene, and professional appearance standards.
- Strong work ethic with a focus on guest satisfaction and operational excellence.
- Minimum of two (2) years of supervisory experience in food and beverage, hospitality, catering, premium services, or a related field preferred.
- ServeSafe Certificate required.
- Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) Certification preferred or required within designated timeframe.
- Experience in sports and entertainment venues, hotels, convention centers, or large-scale catering operations preferred.
- Ability to work nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours based on event schedules.

What We Offer
~1 min readThe salary for this position starts at $75,000 annually commensurate with experience, skills, and qualifications. Legends Global offers a competitive total rewards package, including medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, paid vacation, and 401k plan.
