Facilities Support Specialist

• →Minimum of three (3) years of experience in maintenance within a multi-use facility, arena, or similar environment
• →At least one (1) year of supervisory experience
• →Hands-on experience with HVAC, electrical, and general facility systems

• Certifications in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, or related trades

• Valid California Driver’s License
• Forklift certification (or ability to obtain)

• Knowledge of life safety systems, fire control systems, and building automation systems
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Ability to build effective working relationships with staff, clients, and vendors
• Proficiency in operating maintenance equipment and standard office tools

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 25 pounds regularly
• Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying conditions
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• May be exposed to hazardous materials and chemicals
• Must be able to pass a background check
