Your Role:

• You will be evaluating the condition of mechanical and electrical installations across the Garrison to support long term lifecycle planning and risk identification.

• You will be inspecting assets and preparing survey and condition reports, identifying improvement, rectification and lifecycle works required.

• You will be carrying out planned and ad hoc surveys across the estate, including room environmental condition surveys and room data sheet verification.

• You will be undertaking asset verification activities to maintain accurate asset data and records. You will be analysing information from customer feedback, planned maintenance reports, help desk calls, building management systems, energy reports, specialist surveys and drone footage to assess condition and performance.

• You will be working collaboratively to deliver a safe, efficient and effective service while complying with quality, health, safety and environmental requirements.

What We’re Looking For:

• Qualifications: You will hold a minimum Level 4 qualification such as a Higher National Certificate in a relevant subject, hold technician membership or higher of a relevant professional body, possess a full United Kingdom driving licence with access to a vehicle, and be able to obtain United Kingdom baseline security clearance.

• Experience: You will have experience completing condition surveys of building services systems on commercial estates, a working knowledge of Building Regulations, and the ability to exercise professional judgement when evaluating building services systems.

• ·Skills: You will be competent in the use of a variety of software systems and able to communicate technical information clearly and effectively to a range of stakeholders.
