Salary: Up to £26,800 per annum

Hours: 37.5 hours per week, no weekends

Location: Aldershot

Your Role:

· You will be responsible for checking, storing, issuing, and receiving all stores, including sports equipment and clothing, ensuring serviceability on return.

· You will be maintaining accurate documentation including recovery and debit vouchers, and reporting discrepancies where necessary.

· You will be ensuring customer enquiries are responded to within agreed service levels and maintaining excellent customer service standards.

· You will be maintaining a clean, organised, and compliant stores area that reflects a positive impression to clients and customers.

· You will be adhering to health, safety, quality, and environmental procedures, reporting risks, incidents, and carrying out routine compliance checks.

· You may be required to undertake additional duties including driving and supporting wider stores operations as directed.

What We're Looking For:

· Qualifications: You will hold a full driving licence and be able to achieve basic security clearance.

· Experience: It is desirable to have experience working within a military stores environment and understanding of associated processes and standards.

· Skills: You will demonstrate strong communication, organisation, and teamwork skills, with the ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and maintain a high level of accuracy and professionalism, supported by good IT and literacy skills.
