Project Specialist (supporting the Air Force Research Lab)

ASRC Federal System Solutions, LLC, a subsidiary of ASRC Federal, requires a highly skilled Project Specialist to support the ASTROS Contract.  Come be a part of our Team as we build up new systems and see them move from testing into the world’s future technology. We are looking for someone with test experience in a propulsion environment. ASRC Federal is supporting cutting edge propulsion systems testing at the Air Force Research Laboratory (AFRL) and we are looking for the best people to be a part of this research. Key Role: Review and understand the requirements of the assigned project. Build project requirements list and post updates continually until project is complete. Assist in the management process and report weekly project costs to contract management and customers, ensuring transparency and adherence to budget constraints. Detailed documentation and organization of project information. Reviewing project schedules with meeting milestones in mind. Monitor resource management. Report project successes to contract management.   Basic Qualifications: 2+ years of experience in Project Management or related field BA Degree   Must be a US Citizen to meet government contract requirements. Must be able to obtain a Security Clearance. Preferred Qualifications: Experience using MS OneNote, Teams and SharePoint. Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Excel. Experience in managing project finance.
