Payroll Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced full-time Payroll Supervisor to join our corporate office team. In this role, you will manage end-to-end, high-volume payroll operations for hundreds of employees across a distributed or remote workforce, ensuring strict compliance with federal and state labor standards. Workweek is Monday – Friday, 8am – 5Pm but, if necessary, may be required to stay after 5p until the task is complete.

• →Process and administer high volume payroll for hundreds of multi-state employees on a bi-weekly basis.
• →Monitor and apply changing federal, state, and local labor standards and payroll regulations.
• →Enter and update employee hours, earnings, deductions, and tax withholdings accurately into the payroll system.
• →Serve as the primary corporate contact for payroll-related questions, discrepancies, and tax forms.
• →Prepare and distribute W-2s, and other required annual tax documents.
• →Maintain and update all employee payroll files for any personnel or status changes.
• →Audit payroll runs regularly and process necessary corrections to resolve discrepancies quickly.
• →Maintain strict confidentiality and protect sensitive employee and client financial data.
