Accounts Payable Analyst

You’ll play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of our corporate payables while also helping modernize processes, strengthen internal controls, and drive continuous improvement across the AP function.

• →Execute and review corporate accounts payable transactions with speed, accuracy, and ownership.
• →Proactively identify process inefficiencies and partner with leadership to recommend and implement improvements.
• →Reconcile AP aging reports, resolve payment variances, and support month-end close activities.
• →Respond to inquiries from branch controllers and cross-functional teams with a problem-solving mindset.
• →Manage workload and priorities to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• →Take initiative on special projects, automation efforts, and tool enhancements that drive operational excellence.
• →Build strong, trusted relationships with internal and external business partners - delivering top-tier customer service.

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
• Experience: 2+ years in accounts payable or corporate accounting (multi-entity environment a plus).
• Technical Skills: Knowledgeable in proper accounting principles (US GAAP). Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word), Outlook, alpha-numeric data entry; experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) and VicAI strongly preferred.
