Community Support Specialist

Community Group Inc, an Associa company, is hiring a full time Community Support Specialist to provide administrative support to homeowners, members of the Board of Directors, and internal staff. This role will sit at the corporate office in Williamsburg, VA.

Daily responsibilities:

• Manage all front desk and clerical tasks.
• Meet and greet everyone as they walk in.
• Research and respond to inquiries in-person, by phone, and email.
• Type and format correspondence.
• Mass email communication to homeowners using the internal website.
• Enter and update community and homeowner information in the system.
• Receive, sort, and distribute mail, packages, and deliveries.
• Scan, file, and print documents. 
• Assist in preparing invoices. 
• Other duties as requested.

Hourly pay rate: $18-$20.

• High School Diploma or GED Required.
• 1+ year of office support, clerical, or administrative experience.
• Excellent communication skills, written and spoken.
• Customer service focused and team oriented.
• Self-motivated, proactive, takes the initiative, with timely follow-up skill.
• Time management and time critical prioritization skills.
