Under limited supervision, responsible for servicing assigned Trust Department related accounts including, but not limited to, investment agency, various types As a Senior Sales Relationship Manager - Personal Trust, you will manage and grow relationships with high-net-worth clients by delivering sophisticated trust, wealth planning, and fiduciary solutions. This role combines relationship management, business development, and financial planning expertise to support clients' long-term financial goals while driving asset and revenue growth.
  • Develop and close new business opportunities with existing clients, external prospects, and referral sources.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships by providing guidance on estate planning, retirement planning, investment management, risk management, and charitable giving strategies.
  • Identify and coordinate cross-referral opportunities across financial services partners to deliver comprehensive client solutions.
  • Create and present customized proposals that address clients’ trust and wealth management needs.
  • Participate in community and business organizations to enhance market presence and develop referral networks.
  • Administer assigned trust and fiduciary accounts, including account reviews, client communications, distributions, fee management, and documentation.
  • Review trust, estate, agency, custody, and related planning documents to ensure effective administration and compliance with governing provisions.
  • Stay current on legal, regulatory, and tax developments to support fiduciary responsibilities and client service excellence.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 10+ years of experience managing high-level client relationships within the financial services or investment management industry.
  • Demonstrated success in trust, investment agency, or fiduciary sales and relationship management.
  • Strong understanding of estate planning concepts, fiduciary administration, taxation, financial planning, and discretionary asset management.
  • Experience developing and leveraging internal and external referral networks to generate new business.
  • Strong knowledge of banking and wealth management products and services within a collaborative team environment.
  • 12+ years of industry experience with a proven ability to independently achieve annual business development and sales goals.
  • Must have access to reliable transportation and the ability to lawfully drive, if applicable.

  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
  • Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA®).
  • Certified Trust and Financial Advisor (CTFA).
  • FINRA Series 6, Series 7, and Series 63 licenses.
