Responsibilities

→Oversee and update the availability of hotel rooms, tours, cruises, and transfer services in accordance with client requests.
→Load and amend contracts in Travelbox, and perform cross–quality control (QC) checks to ensure accuracy and compliance.
→Assist in investigating and resolving data or inventory discrepancies to support smooth operational processes.

Qualifications:

→Proficiency in English, especially in written communication, to handle client instructions and documentation.
→Strong analytical skills with a high level of attention to detail and organization.
→Familiarity with the Travelbox system.
→Experience in QC or data management in the travel or hospitality industry.
→Prior exposure to loading or managing travel-related inventory or contracts.
→Willing to work at both Central Jakarta (Batu Tulis, Gambir) and BSD City, Tangerang.
→Ability to work flexible hours, including rotating shifts on a 24/7 schedule.
