The primary purpose of this role is to manage and transform operational and business data into actionable insights supporting Sales, Inventory, Operations Planning (SIOP) and Sales, Inventory, Operations Execution (SIOE) processes. The position serves as a liaison between Operations, Supply Chain, Sales, Finance, and Digital Technology (DT/IT) teams to ensure data integrity, reporting accuracy, process alignment, and operational efficiency across the enterprise.
The role focuses on driving visibility and performance through analytics, reporting automation, ERP system optimization, data governance, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Manage and maintain critical data structures supporting SIOP and SIOE processes including demand, inventory, production, capacity, and operational performance metrics.

Develop, automate, and maintain operational reports, dashboards, and KPI metrics using OBIEE, ODBC, SQL, Power BI, and other reporting tools.

Convert large datasets into meaningful business insights that improve operational efficiency, inventory management, forecast accuracy, and execution performance.

Monitor and improve data quality, consistency, and integrity across ERP and reporting systems.

Support Oracle ERP system enhancements, upgrades, testing, and implementation activities related to planning and execution functions.

Collaborate with DT/IT teams to define business requirements for system modifications, integrations, and reporting enhancements.

Serve as a liaison between Operations, Supply Chain, Sales, Finance, and DT/IT teams to support alignment across SIOP and SIOE processes.

Support cross-functional planning meetings by providing data analysis, reporting, and operational insights.

Promote continuous improvement principles and data-driven decision-making throughout the organization.

Support enterprise data governance initiatives and operational data standardization efforts.

Develop and maintain documentation, procedures, and reference materials supporting operational systems and processes.

Assist users in extracting data from systems and provide ad hoc reporting support.

Lead or participate in projects focused on improving planning accuracy, operational responsiveness, and execution efficiency.
Requirements
~1 min readEquivalent combinations of education, licenses, certifications and/or experience may be considered.

ASCM (formerly APICS), ISM, Lean Six Sigma, or related certification preferred.

Four-year college degree in Business, Supply Chain, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Operations Management, or related field, or equivalent experience.

Minimum of five years of Supply Chain, Operations Planning, Data Analytics, or ERP systems experience required.

Experience supporting SIOP/SIOE processes in a manufacturing or industrial environment preferred.

Experience with ERP systems, preferably Oracle ERP.

Experience developing reports and dashboards using OBIEE, SQL, ODBC, Power BI, or similar tools.

Highly proficient in Microsoft Office tools including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

Advanced experience with query tools and databases including Oracle OBIEE and SQL Developer.

Data governance, reporting automation, and ERP systems.
