As an Associate at Kearney SEA, you’ll lead client workstreams and coach Junior and Senior Analysts while partnering with client executives to design—and implement—solutions that deliver measurable outcomes in operations, procurement, and growth.

Leadership you’ll practice include owning workstreams to pilot, including client coordination for value delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Lead project workstreams and teams (as needed), working alongside the client to create recommendations and implement co-created solutions.

• Ensure the success of projects to complete tasks such as gathering and analyzing data and conducting competitor assessment studies.

• Assist the firm’s business development through generating proposals.

• Contribute to the development of thought leadership and other internal and external reports and articles. 

• Participate in firm building opportunities, e.g. recruiting, training, and mentoring.

• Insatiable problem‑solver who enjoys making change happen, not just proving a hypothesis.

• Experienced in coaching/leading workstream to shape client agendas.

• Comfortable jumping between spreadsheets and shop floors/ports/warehouses.

• Post-MBA graduate with consulting experience

• Non-MBA graduate with prior consulting (5-7 years) and workstream leadership experience

• Fluent in English

• Knowledgeable in SEA language (Bahasa Indonesia, Malay, Thai, Tagalog) will be a plus for client work in Malaysia/ Indonesia/ Thailand/ Philippines.
