Chinese Mandarin Operational Language Analyst - CONUS

Atlas Advisors, LLC (ATLAS) is seeking highly qualified and motivated Chinese Mandarin Operational Language Analysts to support U.S. national security and defense missions through operational language analysis and intelligence support activities. Selected candidates will exploit, translate, transcribe, and analyze foreign communications within the cyber and computer network operations environment, while processing voice, text, and graphic language materials in support of intelligence and mission objectives. Mid-level and senior-level positions are available, with assignments supporting various locations throughout the United States. Key Responsibilities Conduct translation, transcription, and analysis required to process voice and/or graphic language materials in support of SIGINT operations. Maintain accuracy, attention to detail, and operational security while handling classified information. Recover, exploit and analyze essential elements of information. Conduct quality control reviews of translations, transcriptions, and analytical reporting. Utilize customer-specific tools, databases, and reporting systems. Gist straightforward, factual written and/or spoken material. Qualifications Required Qualifications TS/SCI security clearance with Poly. High school diploma, GED, or equivalent. Language test scores taken within the last two (2) years equivalent to the Interagency Language Roundtable (ILR) Skill Level 3 in Listening OR Reading. Minimum of two (2) years of experience performing cryptologic language processing with one (1) year translating/transcribing and (1) year experience typing on an English Keyboard. Desired Qualifications Bachelor degree. Demonstrated DLPT score of 3/3 or higher audio and text translation within the last 2 years. Relevant military MOSs: 35P, 1N3X1, 1A8X1, CTI, 267X or equivalent. Target and network research, development, and analysis. Identification and characterization of Network Operations threat actors. Experience in SIGINT reporting.
