Atlas Advisors is seeking experienced intelligence professionals to support U.S. Army Europe and Africa (USAREUR-AF) intelligence operations in Wiesbaden, Germany. This recruitment supports two separate positions: Senior Intelligence Planner and Senior All-Source Analyst. While both positions support U.S. Army intelligence operations and may collaborate on shared mission requirements, each serves a distinct role within the intelligence enterprise. The Senior Intelligence Planner supports operational planning, military exercises, intelligence preparation, and planning efforts across the European theater. The Senior All-Source Analyst provides current intelligence, all-source analysis, threat assessments, and intelligence products that support operational planning and senior leader decision-making. Candidates with significant experience in either intelligence planning or all-source intelligence analysis are encouraged to apply. Individuals with experience supporting both disciplines are highly desirable. This is a SOFA-supported overseas position located in Wiesbaden, Germany. Eligible family members may accompany the employee. Key Responsibilities Senior Planner Support intelligence planning and operational planning activities. Support military exercise planning, JELC, MDMP, and MSEL development. Develop exercise scenarios, intelligence injects, and operational environments. Support contingency planning and intelligence preparation of the operational environment. Coordinate planning efforts with U.S., Joint, and NATO organizations. Senior All-Source Analyst Produce all-source intelligence products, INTSUMs, EXSUMs, CIUs, and threat assessments. Monitor regional developments affecting Europe and NATO operations. Respond to RFIs, PIRs, and CCIRs. Prepare intelligence briefings for senior military leadership. Conduct classified and open-source intelligence research and analysis. Qualifications Required Qualifications Active TS/SCI clearance. Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of relevant experience; OR associate's degree with additional experience, approximately 14+ years total; OR no degree with additional experience, approximately 16–18+ years total. Senior-level experience in intelligence planning, all-source intelligence analysis, operational planning, military exercises, or intelligence support to military operations. Experience supporting U.S. military, Combatant Command, Army Service Component Command, Joint Staff, NATO, or other defense organizations. Experience producing written intelligence products, threat assessments, briefings, and analytical reports for senior leaders. Experience supporting operational planning, intelligence preparation of the operational environment, or military exercises. Knowledge of intelligence collection, analysis, production, dissemination, and operational planning processes. Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to brief senior military and government personnel. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, mission-focused environment. Ability to obtain and maintain Germany SOFA / Technical Representative status. Desired Qualifications Experience supporting USAREUR-AF, EUCOM, NATO, or other European theater organizations. Experience with Joint Event Life Cycle (JELC), Military Decision-Making Process (MDMP), Master Scenario Events List (MSEL) development, exercise planning, scenario development, intelligence injects, operational environment development, or Red Cell support. Experience producing Current Intelligence Updates (CIUs), Intelligence Summaries (INTSUMs), Executive Summaries (EXSUMs), RFIs, commander briefings, and threat assessments. Experience using intelligence systems including DCGS-A, Palantir, Analyst's Notebook, CIDNE, M3, TAC, AIDP, JWICS, SIPR, Intellink, FADE MIST, BI2R, or comparable intelligence systems. Regional expertise involving Russia, Ukraine, Eastern Europe, the Baltics, the Balkans, the Black Sea region, NATO, or European security issues. Prior military intelligence experience or equivalent civilian intelligence experience. Experience supporting operational planning teams, multinational exercises, crisis action planning, or contingency operations. Overseas Assignment and Family Accompaniment This is a SOFA-supported overseas assignment in Wiesbaden, Germany. Eligible family members may accompany the employee. This position may be eligible for overseas logistical support and allowances, including: Family-accompanied overseas assignment in Wiesbaden, Germany. Relocation assistance for employee and eligible dependents. Household goods shipment. Privately owned vehicle shipment. Temporary quarters support. Housing allowance. Post allowance / cost-of-living allowance. Education allowance for eligible dependents. Authorized logistical privileges. Work Environment Full-time, on-site position in Germany. Full-time, on-site position in Wiesbaden, Germany. Work performed in a classified environment supporting U.S. Army Europe and Africa. Fast-paced operational environment requiring the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet mission-driven deadlines. Occasional local travel and TDY may be required.
