ATvantage is expanding across Pennsylvania, and we’re building our network of Athletic Trainers for upcoming full-time opportunities in secondary school settings for the 2026/2027 school year.

We know the best programs are built by listening to ATs — what you want more of, what support looks like, and how your role can be set up for long-term success. As we grow, we’re prioritizing connection first — not just filling roles.

If you’re an AT in Pennsylvania (or planning to be), we’d love to get to know you and keep you in mind as new positions open.

• Full-time opportunities in various settings (HS/secondary school, Collegiate, Etc.)
• Hourly bi-weekly pay: $34–$40/hour with benefits (health, 401K, flexible schedule, CEUs)
• Ongoing support with staffing, communication, and coverage
• A team focused on improving the AT experience — not just placing positions

• Certified Athletic Trainers (BOC)
• ATs interested in full-time athletics-based roles
• Those exploring new opportunities for the 2026/2027 school year
