Looking for more ownership, more impact, and the opportunity to lead high-profile development projects in one of the fastest-growing markets in the Southwest?
At Atwell, you'll work directly on residential, commercial, mixed-use, and master-planned community projects throughout Scottsdale and the greater Phoenix metro area. From early due diligence and entitlements through construction, you'll play a key role in bringing transformative developments to life.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Lead site civil and land development projects across Scottsdale, Phoenix, Mesa, Chandler, Gilbert, and surrounding communities.
- →Design and oversee grading, drainage, stormwater, utility, roadway, and civil infrastructure improvements.
- →Manage projects from entitlement and permitting through construction administration.
- →Coordinate with municipalities, agencies, developers, and project stakeholders to keep projects moving forward.
- →Build strong client relationships and help expand Atwell's presence in the Arizona land development market.
- →Contribute technical expertise while helping mentor and develop junior team members.
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license.
- 4+ years of civil land development experience.
- Experience with site development design, grading, drainage, utilities, and permitting.
- Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D.
Nice to Have
~1 min read- Experience with WaterCAD, StormCAD, and SewerCAD.
- Familiarity with Scottsdale, Phoenix-area, or Arizona municipal permitting processes.
- Strong project management and client-facing skills.
