The HR Analyst plays a key role in supporting HR operations by generating compensation quotes for job offers, managing job descriptions, and processing personnel action forms (PAFs) within the HRIS. This position ensures the accuracy and timeliness of updates related to new hires, promotions, transfers, certification pay, and earnings code adjustments. The HR Analyst collaborates closely with cross-functional partners—including Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Benefits, HR Business Partners, and Payroll—to maintain data integrity and ensure compliance with internal policies and employment regulations.
Requirements

- 2 years minimum working in HR positions supporting HR
- Experience with HRIS or other compensation program
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field
- PHR Certification or HR related certification
- At least 3 years’ experience in job classification, compensation, HRIS, recruitment or payroll
- Experience with designing, analyzing, and maintaining equitable and competitive pay structures
- Proficient in pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and complex data modeling for efficient data analysis and reporting
- Skilled in collecting, interpreting, and presenting HR and business data to inform decision-making
- Leverages analytical tools to identify trends, improve processes, and provide actionable insights
- Understanding of local, state, and federal employment laws, policies, and HR best practices
- Critical thinker experienced in leading and supporting organizational initiatives through structured project and change management methodologies
- Comprehensive understanding of local, state, and federal laws involving employment, HR, and HR policies
- Proven ability to partner effectively with teams across departments to drive aligned business outcomes
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to deliver clear insights to all organizational levels
- Builds trust, engages in active listening, gives/receives feedback constructively, and fosters positive team dynamics
- Applies logical reasoning and creativity to address challenges and implement effective solutions
