As a CNC Machinist, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC equipment while working closely with engineering teams to ensure that all specifications and quality standards are met. • →Set up and operate CNC machines to manufacture precision parts according to technical drawings and specifications.
• →Program CNC machinery using G-code and other relevant programming languages.
• →Monitor machining processes, making necessary adjustments to maintain optimal performance and quality.
• →Conduct inspections of finished components using precision measuring instruments to ensure compliance with specifications.
• →Troubleshoot machining issues and implement effective solutions quickly.
• →Maintain accurate documentation of production processes, including setup sheets and inspection reports.
• →Adhere to all safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
• →Work collaboratively with engineering and production teams to continuously improve processes and productivity.

• →Proven experience as a CNC Machinist or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
• →Strong understanding of CNC programming, operation, and setup procedures.
• →Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and CAD documents accurately.
• →Proficiency in using precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
• →Excellent attention to detail with a strong focus on quality assurance.
• →Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• →Effective communication and teamwork skills.
