Manage multiple construction or engineering contracts from commencement to completion.

Review, negotiate, and administer contracts with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.

Plan, coordinate, and monitor project progress to ensure contractual obligations are met.

Oversee project budgets, cost control, forecasting, and financial performance.

Ensure projects are delivered in accordance with specifications, quality standards, and programme requirements.

Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and site management teams to resolve contractual and operational issues.

Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.

Monitor variations, claims, extensions of time, and contract compliance.

Ensure compliance with health and safety legislation, company policies, and environmental standards.

Prepare and present progress reports, commercial updates, and project reviews to senior management.

Support procurement activities, including subcontractor selection and supplier management.

Lead and mentor project managers, engineers, and site teams to achieve project objectives.

Foster strong client relationships and contribute to business development opportunities.

Proven experience as a Contracts Manager within the construction, civil engineering, or mechanical/electrical contracting industry.

Strong knowledge of construction contracts, project management principles, and commercial practices.

Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Excellent understanding of contract administration, budgeting, cost control, and risk management.

Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contract documentation.

Strong leadership, organisational, and decision-making skills.

Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software.

Fluent in spoken and written English.

Full, valid driving licence.
