Aureol Global Connections is seeking two experienced Mechanical Estimators to join our growing team. • →Analyze project specifications, drawings, and other documentation to prepare accurate mechanical cost estimates.
• →Collaborate with engineering and project management teams to understand project scope and requirements.
• →Identify and quantify all material, labor, and equipment costs necessary for project completion.
• →Prepare and submit detailed bid proposals, ensuring all work is priced competitively and accurately.
• →Conduct risk assessments to ensure estimates account for potential issues or unforeseen costs.
• →Maintain an organized database of cost information and historical data for future reference.
• →Assist in value engineering efforts to identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
• →Stay updated with industry trends, pricing changes, and best practices in mechanical estimating.

• →Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• →Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Mechanical Estimator in the construction industry.
• →Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and an understanding of construction processes.
• →Proficient in estimating software and tools, along with MS Office Suite.
• →Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
• →Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with team members and clients.
• →Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
