MIG Welder - 2 required

Aureol Global Connections is looking for 2 proficient MIG Welders to enhance our dynamic team. As a MIG Welder, you will be integral to our production process, applying your welding skills to fabricate and assemble metal components with precision and care. • →Set up and operate MIG welding machines to weld and assemble metal parts according to specifications.
• →Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine welding requirements.
• →Conduct inspections of completed welds to ensure adherence to quality standards.
• →Work closely with the production team to address and resolve fabrication challenges.
• →Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring all safety guidelines are met.
• →Document welding activities, including materials used and processes followed.
• →Participate in team meetings and provide input on workflow improvements.
• →Engage in ongoing training to enhance skills and stay updated on welding techniques.

• →High school diploma or equivalent is required; relevant welding certifications are a plus.
• →Demonstrable experience as a MIG Welder or in a similar position within a manufacturing setting.
• →Strong understanding of MIG welding techniques and experience with various metals.
• →Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications accurately.
• →Attention to detail with a strong focus on producing quality welds.
• →Physical stamina and strength to handle the demands of the role.
• →Good communication skills for effective collaboration with team members.
• →Flexibility to adapt to different projects and work environments.
