Senior Sales Analyst (f/m/d)

As a Senior Sales Analyst in our Global Sales Analytics team, you will build and own the analytical data products that power Sales and Revenue Analytics across all AutoScout24 markets.

This is a hands-on technical analytics role, working with complex commercial data across customers, contracts, products, pricing and revenue. The focus is on designing scalable data models, pipelines and reporting layers that provide trusted KPIs across markets.

Close collaboration with leaders across functions will ensure that business needs are translated into robust analytical solutions.

• End-to-end ownership of business-critical Sales and Revenue Analytics data products
• Direct impact on commercial decisions across AutoScout24 markets, products and pricing models
• Complex technical challenges across customer, contract, product, pricing and revenue data
• Opportunity to shape reliable KPI logic, scalable data models and reporting foundations
• Close partnership with both technical and business stakeholders
• Exposure to major business changes, including CRM transformations, pricing initiatives and market launches

• →Own business-critical Sales and Revenue Analytics data products end-to-end – from source data and transformations to reporting and validation
• →Design, build and maintain scalable data models, reporting layers and data pipelines
• →Write and optimise complex SQL and use Python for automation and analytical workflows
• →Troubleshoot pipeline failures, data inconsistencies and complex edge cases across multiple source systems
• →Build reliable KPI logic across markets, products and pricing models
• →Support major business changes such as CRM transformations, pricing initiatives and market launches
• →Use AI-assisted workflows to accelerate coding, debugging and documentation

• 6+ years of relevant experience in Data Analytics, Analytics Engineering, Business Intelligence or a similar technical analytics role
• Advanced SQL skills and strong hands-on experience working with complex production data
• Good Python skills for data processing and automation
• Hands-on experience building and maintaining data pipelines and workflow orchestration, ideally with Airflow or similar technologies
• Strong knowledge of data modelling, transformations, data quality and analytical data products
• Experience with modern cloud data platforms and BI tools such as AWS, Snowflake, Databricks, dbt, QuickSight, Tableau, Power BI or Looker
• Strong business curiosity and the ability to translate Sales and Revenue questions into robust analytical solutions
• Confidence working across technical and business stakeholders

• A genuine interest in working close to the data – not only building dashboards, but understanding data sources, transformations, differing numbers and the reliability of solutions at scale
• An engineering mindset combined with analytical curiosity and a high standard for data quality
• Ownership and confidence in resolving issues when pipelines, data or processes break
