Planning Engineer

Plan, schedule, and coordinate fuel retail projects (new stations, upgrades, maintenance) to ensure delivery on time, within budget, and in line with quality and safety standards.

• →Build and maintain project schedules (Primavera P6 / MS Project) from concept to commissioning.
• →Track progress, milestones, and variances; produce reports and S-curves.
• →Coordinate contractors, vendors, and civil/mechanical/electrical disciplines.
• →Identify schedule risks and delays; prepare mitigation and recovery plans.
• →Collaborate for procurement of long lead items.
• →Manage approvals, permits, and regulatory approvals from stakeholders.
• →Manage 360 communication between field team and departmental functions.
• →Builds management reports on project status, KPIs, and resource use.

• Degree in Engineering (Civil/Mechanical/Electrical)
• 3-6 years planning/scheduling experience (fuel retail, oil & gas or construction preferred)
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 / MS Project and strong Excel skills
• Understanding of HSE and fuel-handling regulations
• PMP or planning certification (preferred)
