Customer Service Specialist (m/w/d) – Order Management | Deutsch & Slowenisch

• Ganzheitliche Betreuung eines eigenen Kundenstammes, fortlaufende Kommunikation bezüglich des Status von Bestellungen und möglichen Verzögerungen. 

• Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen per Telefon und E-Mail in Bezug auf Produkte, Bestellungen, Lieferungen und Rechnungen. 

• Enge und vor allem proaktive Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Stakeholdern, um eine außergewöhnliche Customer Experience sicherzustellen. 

• Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Bestellprozesses, samt der Bearbeitung von Rücksendungen und Reklamationen. 

• Stammdatenpflege unseres CRM-Systems (SAP-basiert). 

• Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Kundenservice, idealerweise in einem internationalen Umfeld (offen für Quereinsteiger) 

• Abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung von Vorteil 

• Sehr gute Deutsch-, Slowenisch- und Englischkenntnisse (weitere Fremdsprachen von Vorteil) 

• Sicherer Umgang mit ERP-/CRM-Systemen (vorzugsweise SAP) sowie mit Microsoft Office 

• Ausgeprägte zwischenmenschliche und kommunikative Fähigkeiten, um eine professionelle und exzellente Customer Experience zu ermöglichen 

• Strukturierte, detailorientierte Arbeitsweise mit ausgeprägten Problemlösungsfähigkeiten 

• Fähigkeit, selbstständig und effizient in einem hybriden Arbeitsumfeld zu arbeiten
