Senior DSP Engineer

• →Architect and implement complex digital signal processing systems for communication and sensing platforms.
• →Develop and implement sophisticated DSP algorithms and translate system concepts into robust, high-performance solutions.
• →Prepare complete project design documentation, including requirements, specifications, test plans, and reports.
• →Design and conduct experiments; analyze and interpret data to validate system and component performance.
• →Plan and coordinate detailed aspects of engineering work to ensure technical quality and schedule adherence.
• →Prepare scopes of work, budgets, and schedules for assigned projects.
• →Assist in the preparation of proposals to obtain funding for engineering projects and programs.
• →Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary engineering teams across software, hardware, systems, and integration functions.

ITAR

• Bachelor’s Degree and 8+ years of relevant DSP and/or communications engineering; or Master’s Degree and 6+ years’ experience; or a PhD with 3+ years’ experience.
• Demonstrated proficiency in advanced digital signal processing algorithms.
• Demonstrated proficiency in communications theory.
• Demonstrated proficiency in programming languages, preferably C or C++.
• Ability to obtain and maintain the required security clearance.

• Demonstrated experience with several systems and technologies outlined in Technical Competencies.
• Serve as a subject matter expert in at least one technical area.
• Maintain working knowledge in a number of other specialization areas.

• Software-defined radios (SDR)
• Digital signal processing theory
• Signal processing algorithm design and implementation
• C/C++ programming
• DSP validation
• Software/hardware implementation, collaboration, and integration
• System requirements analysis and traceability
• Rate conversion, correlation, and filtering
