We are seeking a goal-oriented Outbound Sales Representative to join one of our fantastic campaigns! If you’ve got experience in the FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) industry and thrive in fast-paced, high-volume environments, we want to hear from you.

~1 min readAs an Outbound Sales Representative, your role is all about outreach, engagement, and closing. You’ll be reaching out to leads, introducing and upselling our products with confidence, and turning conversations into confirmed orders and cross-selling other solutions.

- →Update customer information and activities in our CRM system.
- →Collaborate with your team and Sales Manager to improve conversion strategies.
- →Consistently meet daily and weekly sales goals.
- Proven FMCG Sales Experience: 1–2 years of outbound sales experience in the FMCG industry is required.
- Sales Confidence: Excellent phone presence, persuasive skills, and the ability to close under pressure.
- CRM & Digital Fluency: Proficiency in CRM platforms and digital communication tools.
- Target Focus: Self-motivated with a performance-driven mindset.
- Excellent English Skills: C1-level fluency in both spoken and written English.
- Strong Interpersonal Skills: Fosters trust and open communication within the team. Builds strong working relationships by being respectful, supportive, and approachable.
- Proactive and Solution-Oriented: Takes initiative to identify issues and propose creative, team-friendly solutions. Actively looks for ways to help the team move faster and smarter.
- Detail-Oriented and Efficient: Delivers high-quality work with minimal oversight. Pays close attention to the small stuff while helping the team stay organized and on track.
