With 15 campuses nationwide, AIM is a cornerstone in the aviation industry, accounting for 20% of all students attending FAA-certified Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) schools across the country. Each year, AIM proudly contributes to the graduation of nearly one in four certified aircraft technicians in America.

Location: Aviation Institute of Maintenance - 3711 S Ashland Ave, Chicago, IL 60609
Schedule:

✓9:00am to 6:00pm- Monday - Thursday

✓8:00am to 5:00pm - Friday

✓Occasional Weekends

✓Evaluate prospective students for enrollment eligibility and program fit

✓Conduct outreach through phone calls, emails, and in-person or virtual meetings to support applicants through each step of the admissions process

✓Achieve and maintain enrollment goals by leading through personal performance

✓Guide students from initial inquiry to enrollment, including appointment setting, interviews, application assistance, and follow-up

✓Track student application status and ensure completion of required documentation

✓Assist with recruitment events such as open houses and career fairs

✓Education:

✓High School Diploma or GED

✓Associates' or higher degree preferred

✓Experience:

✓Proven experience in sales or customer service, with a track record of meeting or exceeding KPIs such as conversion rates, outreach goals, and closing ratios

✓One or more years of admissions experience in a proprietary (for profit), post-secondary educational setting preferred

✓Skill set:

✓Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to connect with diverse audiences

✓Excellent time management and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment

✓Proficient with Microsoft Office, willing to learn new systems

✓A positive, team-oriented approach and willingness to work occasional evenings or weekends as needed
