About the Role

~1 min read

The Student Success Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting students from onboarding through graduation, with a primary focus on retention, certification completion, and academic persistence.

This is not a passive student services role. You will “walk alongside” students—building trust while also pushing, motivating, and holding them accountable to complete certifications and stay on track. Success in this role is defined by your ability to engage students consistently, remove barriers, and drive measurable outcomes.

You’ll manage a caseload of students and work cross-functionally with academics, admissions, and student support teams in a metrics-driven, performance-focused environment.
