Location: Based within the Anglian Water Cambridgeshire area.  Please note your placements and final role may vary across the region and departments, so flexibility is essential.

Your programme 

 Working within Central Services, you'll be part of a team that delivers safe, efficient and cost-effective services across Anglian Water. Supporting colleagues throughout the business, Central Services plays a critical role in enabling the delivery of our business plan objectives and ensuring our people, assets and operations can perform at their best. 

What you could be involved with: 

  • Supporting the delivery of capital investment projects, including project management activities and urgent infrastructure schemes. 

  • Working with asset maintenance teams to ensure our facilities and operational assets remain safe, reliable and effective. 

  • Contributing to facilities and estates projects, helping manage workplaces, accommodation and maintenance services across the region. 

  • Supporting fleet operations, ensuring vehicles, plant and equipment are available, compliant and ready to support frontline teams. 

  • Working alongside logistics teams responsible for warehousing, materials management, emergency response activities and regional distribution services. 

  • Collaborating with colleagues and external partners to deliver services that support operational performance and business objectives. 

Through rotational placements across key services, this graduate programme offers a unique opportunity to understand the breadth of services that underpin Anglian Water's operations while developing the skills, knowledge and experience needed to build a successful career within the business.

For this role, you’ll need to have obtained in the last 3 years or be studying towards a minimum 2:2 in any degree discipline and have graduated by September 2027 for the 2027 intake.
