AdOps Interns provide operational support to Client Services (CS) teams and are focused on supporting the delivery of our service packages. It is an entry-level position which provides an ideal first step into the affiliate marketing industry. AdOps Interns work across a wide range of sectors and industries by leveraging our award-winning Awin network.

An ideal first step into the industry, the role will help you understand what goes into creating a leading affiliate programme and how Awin helps facilitate that. Awinners will have the opportunity to apply for other departmental roles within the business (if experience, suitability, skillset and location requirements are met).

 

Work alongside the CS team to provide support to some of the network's largest clients in line with some of the following tasks:

  • Upload offers and creates advertisement programs and assists with communicating details to publisher partners.
  • Maintain and update internal documentation, operational processes, and support materials to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Support automation initiatives and contribute to projects focused on improving operational efficiency and scalability.
  •  Collaborate with Account Management, Publisher Development, and Client Services teams to support client requests and deliver operational excellence.
  •  Assist in reviewing, approving, and rejecting publisher applications within advertiser programs, as well as conducting program audits to ensure compliance with network standards and best practices.
  •  Demonstrate ownership and a proactive approach to assigned accounts and responsibilities, identifying potential issues and escalating them appropriately when needed.
  •  Build and maintain effective communication with clients, publishers, vendors, and internal stakeholders through email, phone, WhatsApp, Telegram, live chat, and other communication channels.
  •  Support day-to-day operational activities while ensuring high levels of accuracy, attention to detail, and adherence to established processes.
  •  Contribute to a collaborative team environment by actively sharing knowledge, providing support to colleagues, and continuously seeking opportunities for improvement. 

  • Fluency/Advanced English skills are required
  • Ability to always be proactive with internal team members with a willingness to help peers and pick up additional tasks to share workload.
  • Ability to prioritise workload and meet multiple client deadlines 
  • Familiarity with MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, is an advantage
  • Show impeccable attention to detail for internal and external facing work
  • Demonstrate a proactive approach to improving efficiency and quality of work
  • Take charge of individual responsibilities and arrange appropriate cover for time off
