• Design and build scalable data pipelines using Azure technologies to support enterprise data initiatives
• Develop and optimize data solutions leveraging Azure Data Factory, Synapse Analytics, and Databricks
• Implement and maintain data lake architectures for structured and unstructured data
• Ensure data security, governance, and compliance across all data platforms
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data analysts, architects, and business stakeholders
• Drive performance tuning and optimization of data workflows and processing

• 10+ years of experience in data engineering or related field
• Strong hands-on experience with Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse Analytics, and Databricks
• Proven expertise building and maintaining large-scale data pipelines and data lakes
• Solid understanding of data security, governance, and compliance in enterprise environments
• Experience working in cloud-based architectures, preferably within financial services or regulated industries
• Strong SQL and data modeling skills
• Familiarity with programming languages such as Python or Scala
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
• Azure certifications are highly preferred
