This is a hybrid contract opportunity based in White Plains, NY, supporting a technology business management function within a financial services environment. The role offers exposure to senior technology and business stakeholders, recurring executive-level deliverables, and multiple concurrent workstreams.

• Support technology business management activities across planning, reporting, presentation development, and execution tracking.
• Create high-quality PowerPoint materials and business updates for technology leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Manage multiple assignments at once while keeping deliverables organized, accurate, and on schedule.
• Partner with technology, business management, finance, and operational teams to gather inputs and drive follow-through.
• Translate technology-related information into clear, executive-ready materials and status updates.
• Help improve visibility into technology initiatives, priorities, risks, and business management activities.

• 5–7 years of relevant experience in technology business management, program coordination, business operations, or a similar technology-facing business role.
• Prior experience in a financial institution is strongly preferred.
• Strong PowerPoint skills with the ability to create polished, executive-ready presentations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and related productivity platforms.
• Strong execution skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent assignments.
• Solid understanding of the technology landscape and how technology teams operate within a business environment.
• Strong communication skills and comfort interacting with stakeholders at all levels.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and able to operate effectively in a fast-moving environment.
