Senior Engineering Program Manager - Civilian

We build and ship products for law enforcement and the communities they serve on a national and global scale. You will be leading the development of the next generation flagship consumer TASER — the Nitro/Markham line — a mix of proven T10 technology and brand-new technology, and the first true stand-alone consumer TASER that isn't just a re-skin of a law enforcement device. You will work with some of the best and brightest engineering teams to develop cutting-edge products from start to finish while balancing complex tradeoffs. You will need to be agile, adaptive, and creative to find the best solutions for the most critical products.

• 5+ years of relevant work experience in program management in hardware development.
• 5+ years of experience building processes, project management, and schedules.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical field, business, or equivalent work experience.
• Delivered a hardware product with software as part of it; proven schedule and budget creation/tracking.
• Experience and strong understanding of basic engineering principles and development.
• Understand and communicate complex technical/engineering issues.
• Identify and resolve conflicts, inter-dependencies, and program issues quickly and efficiently.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to think clearly, analyze quantitatively, problem-solve, and prioritize.
• A problem-solving mindset, with the tenacity to develop ideas independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Since this role sits in the CEW pillar, the candidate must be able to qualify for an export control license.
