Responsibilities

→Assembly Operations:

→Perform basic assembly tasks such as fastening, gluing, or cutting components.
→Use hand tools and small power tools to assemble millwork products.
→Follow written and verbal instructions, including work orders and diagrams, to complete assigned tasks.

→Quality Control:

→Check components and finished products for defects or inconsistencies.
→Notify supervisors of any quality issues or assembly challenges.

→Safety and Maintenance:

→Follow all safety protocols and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
→Maintain a clean and organized work area to minimize hazards.

→Team Collaboration:

→Work closely with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
→Communicate effectively with supervisors and other departments to resolve assembly issues.

High school diploma or equivalent required.
No prior assembly experience necessary; training will be provided.
Previous experience in manufacturing, construction, or related fields is a plus.
