Receiving Operator M-F 1:45PM-10PM

• →Operates forklift to safely unload inbound shipments of finished goods
• →Maintains paperwork for all loads
• →Verifies that inbound shipments are damage-free and match packing list exactly
• →Maintains clean and orderly conditions in warehouse and loading areas using workplace organization methods (i.e. 6S)
• →Participates in continuous improvement initiatives
• →Follow all safety and equipment handling procedures to ensure a safe working environment
• →Pull all rail kitting components to be shipped to offsite supplier
• →Load trucks for outbound shipments of components
• →Receive and unload the trucks of incoming rail kits from supplier
• →Assist in maintaining accurate inventory of incoming rail kits
• →Performs additional duties/tasks as assigned by supervision/management

• High School Diploma or GED required
• A minimum of 5 years of experience operating material handling equipment
• Forklift Certification – either current or in prior work experience
• Strong decision making, analytical skills and proven ability to work cross-functionally
• Strong attention to detail, reading, comprehension and good communication skills
• Must be self-directed and motivated and able to multi-task in fast-paced, 24/7 manufacturing environment
• Computer skills preferred, to include; basic input of information into ERP system on receiving and shipping process
• Work schedule flexibility, with advance notice, to accommodate needs of the business

Education Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
