School Director (Stroudsburg)

We are seeking a dynamic team leader for our School Director position!

Responsibilities Include:

• Oversee daily operations and school activities of school personnel in admissions, education, student services, front desk and administration.
• Provide leadership through strong team structure and communication
• Ensure that the education curriculum is implemented consistently
• Maintain and improve student attendance and retention
• Motivate team members through recognition and career development
• Achieve school goals and establish specific targets for budgeted student starts and placements
• Reports to the corporate office weekly on all school activity

Qualifications:

• With 3-5 years of related experience
• Demonstrate proficiency in leadership and management
• Ability to train and motivate team members with respect, recognition and appreciation
• Willing to learn and exemplify The Beauty Institute culture, mission and vision
• Be a team player with a positive attitude
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Preferably with Bachelor Degree
• Previous school experience preferred but not required
