Salesforce Financial Services Cloud Developer

If you are an experienced Salesforce Developer in the financial sector, you are likely tired of maintaining legacy code and fixing messy implementations.

I am partnering with a dedicated cloud solutions practice to find a Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) Developer. They build digital experiences for banking, wealth management, and insurance companies. In this role, you will sit at the intersection of modern fintech and deep Salesforce architecture.

• Salary: R 85-110K negotiable based on experience and certifications.
• Work Setup: 100% remote. You have the freedom to work from anywhere, provided you are based in South Africa.

• The Tech: You will build secure, scalable solutions using custom Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), OmniStudio, and advanced API integrations.

• →Design, develop, and deploy custom Apex, LWC, and Visualforce to extend Financial Services Cloud capabilities.
• →Configure and optimise FSC core structures, including Financial Accounts, Household relationships, and Action Plans.
• →Build robust REST and SOAP API integrations connecting Salesforce FSC with core banking, ERP, and legacy financial systems.
• →Harness Salesforce Flow and OmniStudio (OmniScripts, DataRaptors) to automate intricate financial workflows.
• →Implement strict security models and data governance standards to stay compliant with financial sector regulations.
• →Collaborate with solution architects and client stakeholders while guiding mid-level team members on technical best practices.

• 3 or more years of overall Salesforce development experience, with direct hands-on experience in Salesforce Financial Services Cloud.
• Deep proficiency in Apex, LWC, JavaScript, and SOQL/SOSL.
• Proven experience with API integrations, enterprise architecture patterns, and middleware tools.
• Direct experience working with banking, wealth management, insurance, or general financial services processes.
• Hands-on experience with Vlocity or OmniStudio tools is highly advantageous.
• Relevant Salesforce certifications, particularly Platform Developer I and II, or the FSC Accredited Professional certification.
