Working at the heart of BAE Systems’ long standing Devonshire Dock Hall Facility, you’ll support a large, collaborative team delivering the Astute and Dreadnought programmes. You’ll be part of a fast-paced environment coordinating operations, communications and secure systems, offering excellent exposure, varied work and good opportunities to develop your career.
- You will be supporting Team Leaders with day-to-day activities, including safety procedures, risk management, and COSHH processes
- You will be providing support to both the Astute and Dreadnought programmes
- You will be participating in onsite training to build knowledge and capability within the role
- You will be monitoring shared team inboxes, triaging queries and distributing documentation to the appropriate team members
- You will be collaborating with internal stakeholders to gather required information efficiently
- You will be maintaining well-organised electronic records, ensuring documents are stored correctly and easily accessible for audits and compliance
- Offering a varied workload with exposure across different teams and functions within the business
- You will require experience in an administrative role
- You will need to bring excellent organisational and communication skills
- You will need to be proficient within Microsoft Office
- You will hold good Teamcenter experience
