Responsibilities
We are seeking a colleague who is dedicated to a career in wealth management. If you are an energetic self-starter interested in being a vital part of our team, we offer the opportunity to work in a collegial, open-door environment. The following qualifications are preferred:

•    A deep interest in wealth management or experience working in a client focused/service-oriented role, even if not specifically in the industry.
•    A client-centric mindset and consistently acts in the clients’ best interests
•    Strong operational and client service skills 
•    Excellent written and verbal communication skills
•    Strong attention to detail
•    Capacity to multitask with competing priorities to meet deadlines
•    Capability to think critically and creatively problem-solve
•    Ability to work well in a team to build and foster relationships internally and externally
•    Outstanding work ethic, personal initiative, and a goal-oriented mindset
•    Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of applications
•    Undergraduate degree or equivalent practical experience

** The posted salary range is intended for an entry-level hire. Candidates with substantial related experience may be considered for compensation outside the posted range based on their qualifications and experience.

Location & Travel

• Hybrid position based in the San Francisco Bay Area
• Travel as required

Salary
$90,000 - $105,000
