As a Real Time Geomechanic, you will work individually as a part of multi-discipline team working with an extensive client base.
As a Geomechanics Real Time, you will be responsible for:
Performing an advanced pore pressure and wellbore stability analysis;
Recognizing drilling related problems and provide solutions to mitigate or eliminate these drilling and abnormal pressure related problems;
Managing multiple projects and/or deadlines.
To be successful in this role you will:
Have Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Geology. It is preferable to have a specialty or master's degree in the area of geomechanics;
Show great experience of Pore Pressure and Wellbore Stability RT monitoring and on drilling optimization;
Demonstrate excellent proficiency and knowledge in abnormal pressure mechanisms, geological and drilling processes;
Be native/ fluent in Portuguese and advanced English;
Show knowledge of drilling, LWD, mudlogging and wireline tools and measurements.
Have experience with Formation Evaluation technologies including Gamma Ray, Azimuthal Gamma Ray, Resistivity, Deep and Extra Deep Resistivity.
