The Manufacturing Professional - Production Planning & Scheduling plays a key role in ensuring the efficient execution of manufacturing operations by driving production planning, scheduling, inventory optimization, and material management activities. This role collaborates closely with Sales, Engineering, Maintenance, and Operations teams to align production plans with business objectives, improve operational performance, and deliver high-quality outcomes for our customers.

• Leading weekly production meetings to review schedules, priorities, and operational performance.

• Managing master production planning activities to support manufacturing requirements and customer demand.

• Coordinating material processes and systems to ensure efficient production flow.

• Preparing, maintaining, and updating production schedules based on business and operational needs.

• Managing purchasing requirements and supporting material availability for production activities.

• Ensuring operational alignment with production plans and key performance indicators (KPIs).

• Monitoring manufacturing performance and implementing actions to meet production targets.

• Optimizing inventory levels while supporting continuous process improvement initiatives.

• Collaborating with Sales, Engineering, Maintenance, and other supporting functions to ensure effective information sharing and operational alignment.

• Handling routine manufacturing processes while ensuring compliance with operational standards and business requirements.

• Identifying opportunities to improve planning accuracy, inventory management, and manufacturing efficiency.

• Have a bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college.

• Have a High School Diploma/GED with a minimum of 4 years of manufacturing experience as an alternative qualification.

• Have experience in production planning, scheduling, manufacturing operations, or supply chain-related activities.

• Have knowledge of material planning, inventory management, and manufacturing processes.

• Have experience working with cross-functional teams in a manufacturing environment.

• Have strong oral and written communication skills.

• Have strong interpersonal and leadership skills.

• Have the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

• Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Have a continuous improvement mindset with the ability to drive operational efficiencies.
